How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order has shipped, it should arrive within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail for domestic delivery. International orders will vary by destination and service. Please see the product page for the item you ordered for details on the estimated shipping window.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Currently, we ship to the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Mexico, and Brazil. Keep in mind, you are in charge of paying any customs fees, depending on your region. If we do not ship to your area, please contact us at info@fancrate.com for more information.
Is this a monthly subscription service?
No, all FanCrate drops are one-time purchases only and are not subscription based. Choose which limited edition boxes you'd like to purchase and add to your collection!
Can I choose which items are in the box?
Each FanCrate box will contain a random assortment of items carefully curated by our team of experts. While you cannot choose which items you will specifically receive in your box, we encourage reaching out to us with any product recommendations you may have for future drops.
